The petitioners are accused 1 to 5 in the complaint given by one Shenbagavalli recorded by the respondent police at Government Hospital, Chengalpet. The case in Crime No.61 of 2020 is registered under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) IPC.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that it is a case and a case in counter. Both the cases investigated and final report filed before Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur and one case, taken on file in C.C.No.47 of 2022 and the other case taken on file in C.C.No.6 of 2021.
3. Since these petitioners are absconding, charge sheet was filed.
Considering the fact that the petitioners are absconding, they are directed to appear before the trial Court and surrender and seek for bail. If such application is filed, the bail petition may be considered on the same day.
4. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
