The petitioner has filed the present petition to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1337 of 2011 on the file of B15, Rathinapuri Police Station, Coimbatore to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Coimbatore.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would contend that the investigation in Crime No.1337 of 2011 had concluded and the final report in S.C.No.109 of 2013 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge & Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore, ended in acquittal as per the judgment dated 27.08.2013. He also produced a copy of the judgment passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge & Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
