This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.6 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.12380 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.6 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.12380 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026. is modified to the effect that " the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on alternate days i.e on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders". The other conditions remain unaltered.
