Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 to 4 from installing electric lines in and over S.F.Nos.34, 35, 120, 141/1, 167, 168, 169, 175 in Oricheri Village without getting enter upon permission from the first respondent under Section 164 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 read with Sections 10 and 16 of the Indian Telegraphs Act, 1885 by considering the petitioners' representation dated 01.06.2024.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to forbear the respondents 2 to 4 from installing electric lines in and over S.F.Nos.34, 35, 120, 141/1, 167, 168, 169, 175 in Oricheri Village without getting enter upon permission from the first respondent under Section 164 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 read with Sections 10 and 16 of the Indian Telegraphs Act, 1885 by considering the petitioners' representation dated 01.06.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue was settled between the parties. To that effect, an undertaking affidavit has been filed by the 5th respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
