O R D E R

The only reason for issuance of notice as apparent from the order dated 06.01.2017 was to see if the dispute could be settled as

set out therein. The respondent has been served, but has not put in appearance and thus, that course of action is not feasible.

2. In view of what is recorded in the order dated 06.1.2017, the original petition is dismissed for lack of territorial jurisdiction, with liberty to file a petition before the competent Court. (S.K.K., CJ.) 10.02.2017 bbr
