ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to disburse balance 50% of the petitioner subsistence allowance from 01.07.2022 to 30.06.2024 for Rs.5,03,297/- with 12% interest and continue to pay full wages as subsistence allowance till revoking the suspension.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
