ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing at 12.45 p.m., after hearing both sides, this Court has passed the following order:- "The petitioners are directed to file an affidavit of undertaking to the effect that they are willing to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- on or before 20.09.2024.
2. If the petitioners give such undertaking, the same may be considered by the authorities.
3. Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General for the first respondent would submit that already auction date has been fixed and the auction is to be held today i.e., on 24.07.2024 and the first respondent may be permitted to get along with the auction.

2. After dictating the above order, at around 1.30 p.m., the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
3. Considering the petitioners counsel submission coupled with the endorsement, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. The respondents are at liberty to conduct the auction and declare the highest bidder as a successful bidder and proceed further in the manner known to law. No costs.
