This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.Op.No.12795 of 2023 dated 09.06.2023 concerned in the petitioner shall report before Inspector of Police, Sathuvachari Police Station, Vellore, every day at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
