This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a Final Report in Crime No.365 of 2019 on the file of the V 1/4

Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a Closure Report was filed as mistake of fact before the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the R.C.S notice was also served on the de-facto complainant in R.C.S.No.16 of 2023.
