This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 46 days in filing Revision against the order dated 18.12.2024 passed in Cr.M.P.No.12141 of 2024 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases (Relating to Cheating Cases to Chennai) and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai in Crime No.03 of 2018 on the file of the CBCID, Metro Wing, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 46 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
