C.M.P.No.18487 of 2021 P.T. ASHA, J, This petition is filed to condone the delay of 385 days in filing the petition toset aside the order dated 25.01.2019 passed in M.P.No.1 of 2013 in C.M.A.SR.No.23868 of 2013.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the petition being allowed.

Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Hence, the delay is condoned.
