ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 461 & 380 and 511 of IPC in Crime No.590 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de facto complainant Vani, Manager of Muthoot Finance Limited is that on 16.06.2020 some unknown accused attempted to break open the lock and enter into the Finance Company. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is habitual offender, against whom there are two more cases. He would submit that the petitioner was arrested and released on bail very recently and that the petitioner along with other accused attempted to break open the lock and enter into the Finance Company. 5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is habitual offender and that he has got two more previous cases against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
