ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the Respondents to regularise petitioner service as sweeper w.e.f November 1989 (i.e) on completion of 10 years of service from the date of original appointment as part time sweeper in compliance of the order passed in WP.No.46 of 2010 dated 14.12.2012 and disburse all the service, terminal and pensionary benefits to petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the order passed in WP.No.46 of 2010 dated 14.12.2012, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
