This petition has been filed to Relax the Condition that the petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge FTMC Thiruvarur on all Working days at 10.30am further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.11964/2023 dated 01.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and final report is filed and taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, petitioner shall appear before concerned Court on all hearing dates without fail.
