2.Pursuant to the order dated 01.09.2023, the respondent/ contemnor, appeared before this Court today (15.09.2023). The further appearance of the second respondent/ contemnor is dispensed with.

3.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 16.08.2022 made in W.P.No.19899 of 2022, cheque bearing no.111702 dated 14.09.2023 drawn in favour of the petitioner for a sum of Rs.69,93,422/- has been given to the petitioner and the petitioner received the same.
