O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner to punish the respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 06.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.7317 of 2023.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 23.01.2025, the probation of the petitioner has been declared. In this regard, he has submitted a proceedings of the Director of School Education, Chennai vide Na.Ka.No.58076/A4/E1/2019, dated 29.01.2025.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, this contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is entitled to receive the monetary benefits subject to the outcome of the W.A(MD)No.1801 of 2024, filed by the respondents before the Madurai Bench of this Court.
