(Second Respondent impleaded, vide Court Order dated 14.11.2018 made in W.M.P.No.29245 of 2018 in W.P.No.19859 of 2018) .. Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the final order passed by the First Respondent in D.P.No.02/2017, dated 04.07.2018 and quash the same and consequently regularise the service scale of the Petitioner and place her in the next level promotion as per the earlier seniority list.

ORDER
(The Order of the Court was made by M.Venugopal, J) The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the final order passed by the First Respondent in D.P.No.02/2017, dated 04.07.2018 and quash the same and consequently regularise the service scale of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner and place her in the next level promotion as per the earlier seniority list.
2. As against the abovesaid impugned order, dated 04.07.2018 passed by the First Respondent-Principal District Judge, Tirupur (Disciplinary-cum-Appointing Authority), the Petitioner has a viable, effective and efficacious alternative remedy of preferring an Appeal before the Second Respondent-Appellate Authority (Registrar General of this Court).
3. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an Endorsement in the Writ Petition to the effect that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition, with liberty to file an Appeal as provided in Law.
4. Recording the said Endorsement, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the Petitioner to prefer an Appeal before the Second Respondent-Registrar General of this Court, in the manner known to Law and in accordance with Law.
