Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 06.06.2016 in accordance with law and direct the Second Respondent to sanction Education Loan to the petitioners daughter Sangeetha.R studying M.B.B.S. Course 3rd year student at Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Medical College and Hospital Perambalur to Secure the ends of justice.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner would state that his daughter is studying III year MBBS course in Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Medical College and Hospital, Perambalur and she participated in the counselling and got admission in the institution under Government quota and according to the petitioner, he is working as Supervisor in the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation and on account of the meagre salary, he is finding it difficulty to educate his daughter and in this regard, approached the respondents for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
grant of educational loan and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Rajendra Ragavan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that as and when the petitioner approaches the second respondent along with the mark statements and relevant documents, it will be processed very soon in accordance with the relevant norms and regulations.
5.In the light of the above facts and circumstances, this Court directs that either the petitioner or the petitioner's daughter shall approach the second respondent with all relevant documents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent, on receipt of the same is directed to process the application, if the papers are otherwise in order, in accordance with the relevant norms and regulations and pass orders, within a further period of two weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
