Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of:
(i) a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned ECIR No.CEZO-I/08/2024 dated 01.03.2024 issued by the 2nd and 3rd respondents and quash the same.
(ii) a Writ of Prohibition prohibiting the respondents from taking any coercive action in respect of the ECIR No.CEZO-I/08/2024 dated 01.03.2024 issued by the 2nd and 3rd respondents based on the CB-CID Crime No.6 of 2015 (re-registered as CBI Crime No.RC.6/S/2021) including conducting search and seizures at residence/offices or issuing look-out circulars or any other restrictive order.
