This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14634 of 2024 vide order dated 21.06.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and the charge sheet has also been filed in this case.

3. Recording the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that, the petitioner, except on the court hearing dates, shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 am., for a period of four months.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
