ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2020 in accordance with law by directing the second respondent to follow resolution No.260, dated 29.12.2015, passed by the Salem Corporation.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that subsequent to the above said resolution passed by the Salem Corporation, several other resolutions have also been passed by the Salem Corporation. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on a fresh cause of action. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 12.09.2024 rkm 2/4
