The petitioner submits that he has obtained an agricultural loan from the first respondent bank by creating an equitable mortgage of his property. He claims that he has discharged the entire loan and yet the respondents are not parting with his title documents.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents made a statement on instructions that the petitioner's title documents would be returned to him shortly. This court, now directs the respondents to cancel the mortgage, to have it registered and also to hand over the documents to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
