(CR.NO. 329/2014) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue necessary direction for filing final report in Cr.No.329 of 2014, in accordance with law and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.GOVINDARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.VINOTH KUMAR Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that though originally 109 accused were arrayed in the complaint, after completion of investigation, only 55 accused were arrayed. He further submitted that the charge sheet will be filed within a week before the concerned court of law. The said submission is recorded.

2.In such view of the matter, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
