O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 05.11.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for survey and sub-division of the subject property.

2. Mr.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent submitted that the respondent has already fixed a date for an enquiry on 23.12.2020 at 04.00 P.M. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of survey along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

called the parties for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the entire process strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
