(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent informs that the discharge petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 23.5.2025 and this petition has been subsequently filed seeking quashment of the complaint without challenge to the order passed on 23.5.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.8199 of 2022 by the learned XIV Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai

3. As there is no challenge to the order dated 23.5.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.8199 of 2022, the present petition is not maintainable
