O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct the enquiry based upon the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2024 vide receipt No.5354.
2. It is seen that there is a title dispute between the petitioner and private respondent which is purely civil in nature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to give any positive direction to the respondent/Police to investigate the matter as it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy before the competent Civil Court in the manner known to law. Pg.Nos.2/4
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
