The petitioners have filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.18 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent, for the offences under Sections 120(b), 34 and 406, 420, 468, 471 of IPC, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the 1st respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.18 of 2020 and also filed a charge sheet on 01.09.2023, in C.C.No.537 of 2023 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
