O R D E R

This Petition is filed seeking direction to dispose the R.C.O.P.No.15 of 2017 pending on the file of District Munsif cum House Rent Controller, Mettupalayam as expeditiously as possible.

2.The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner filed eviction Petition against the Respondent under Sections 10 (2) (i), 10 (3) (a) (iii) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings Lease and Rent Control Act. The Petitioner's side evidence was over and the RW1 evidence was also over. The case is pending for examination of further witnesses on the side of the Respondent from 29.08.2019 and there is no progress in the case. Therefore, this Petition.

3.Considering the fact that enquiry has been commenced and material witnesses have been examined so far, the Learned District Munsif cum House Rent Controller, Mettupalayam is directed to complete the examination of remaining witnesses and dispose the R.C.O.P.No.15 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
