Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorari, calling for the concerned records in proceedings No.Say.Mu.Thi.Mu.1000/2001/A-1, dated 12.02.2001 passed by the 3rd respondent herein and to "quash"the same following legal position of the case and also non-donation / gifting of any of their patta land either by the ancestors of alleged hereditary trustee or he himself and to pass such (or) other orders.

ORDER

A perusal of the record shows that the writ petition was of the year 2018. Even on the last hearing i.e., on 05.09.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the writ petition is directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the 5th respondent submitted that the petitioner himself has admitted the 5th respondent as Hereditary Trustee and started payment of rent and the issue comes to an end.
