The petitioner herein, who was convicted for the offences under Sections 7 and 13(2) r/w. 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, to undergo 4 years Rigorous Imprisonment and fine of Rs.20,000/-, in default to undergo 3 months Simple Imprisonment for each of the offences, has preferred the appeal and got suspension of sentence on condition to report before the Court on 1st and 15th working day of every English Calendar month.

The order of this Court granting suspension of sentence on condition is dated 20.02.2023. The present petition is filed for relaxation of the condition within 6 months. This Court finds no reason to relax the condition. Hence this petition is dismissed.
