Heard Mr.Krishna Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.A.Raja Perumal, learned Additional Government Pleader for R1, Mr.V.P.Raman, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and Mr.Abishek Jenasenan, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

2. This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the fourth respondent to forthwith refund the sum of Rs.2,29,000/- to the petitioner.

3. It is represented by the learned for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent that the said amount had been refunded to the petitioner, and hence the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
