The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents to consider her representation dated 02.12.2022 for updation of revenue records pursuant to the assignment made in her favour dated 27.08.2008.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that Plot No.1/66 in T.S.No.1/1( Block No.10) in Ward A of Hasthampatty town of Salem District was assigned to petitioner by proceeding of the 2nd respondent dated 27.08.2008 . Even though the assignment was made 14 years back, the revenue documents have not been updated in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, she submitted a representation on 02.12.2022 to 1st respondent seeking updation of revenue records. The copy of the same was also marked to 2nd respondent.

3. Mr.A.M.Ayyathurai, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within a time fixed by this Court. 2/4

4. In view of the limited prayer made in the writ petition, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.12.2022 and pass final orders on merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
