This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 12.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15795 of 2022 that the petitioners shall file an undertaking affidavit before concerned learned Magistrate undertaking not to enter into the subject property and shall not interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property belonging to the defacto complainant.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners have not complied with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15795 of 2022 dated 12.07.2022.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court finds no ground to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15795 of 2022 dated 12.07.2022. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
