The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer in the present Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous, since the 2nd respondent has registered a First Information Report in Crime No.173 of 2019 as against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 419, 420 of IPC read with 15(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
