This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3947 of 2023 order dated 21.02.2023 in C.C.No.122 of 2022 on that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police every Sunday at 10.30 a.m.

until further order.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
