The miscellaneous petition is filed praying to bring on record the proposed respondents 5 and 6 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased/ 1st respondent namely Soliammal in the above first Appeal No.363 of 2013 and array them as respondents 5 and 6 in the above first Appeal.

2. It is seen that the service in respect of the proposed respondents 5 and 6 is completed, therefore, the civil miscellaneous petition to bring on record the respondents 5 and 6 as the legal representatives is ordered as prayed for.

3. As per the earlier order of this Court dated 07.09.2022, the respondents 5 and 6 shall also stand brought on record in the cross appeal also.

4. It is represented by the learned counsel on either side that the 4th respondent namely, Bupesh Kumar, born on 28.09.1998 has attained majority pending the Appeal Suit. Accordingly, the 4th respondent is declared as major and the 3rd respondent who is shown as the guardian is discharged.
