O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2020 and to take action based on the petitioner's representation.

2.The petitioner was appointed as hereditary trustee vide proceedings of the Joint Commissioner, HR&CE Department, Coimbatore, dated 02.06.2020. The grievance of the petitioner is that she was not allowed to perform the duty of hereditary trustee. The petitioner instead of taking charge and perform her duty as hereditary trustee, has filed this writ petition, which is not sustainable one. 3.The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
