The Trial Court Judge in her request letter, has stated that after closing defence side witnesses, at the request of the defence side, the case is posted for arguments and hence, sought for extension of time of two weeks to complete the trial.

2. Taking note of the request of the learned Special Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai-104, time is extended by two weeks from today.

3. The learned Special Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai-104 is directed to complete the trial within the time and report to the Registry.
