Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Third and Fourth Respondents to issue the Residence / Nativity Certificate to the petitioner pursuant to the grievance petition dated 04.06.2019 submitted to the Third Respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court. The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Third and Fourth Respondents to issue Nativity Certificate to the Petitioner pursuant to the grievance petition dated 04.06.2019 made by the Petitioner submitted to the Third Respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.

Learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry), on instructions, states that the claim of the Petitioner for issuance of Nativity Certificate was considered and rejected by order dated 27.08.2019 and a copy of the same has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent events. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
