ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the order dated 06.05.2026 in C.M.P.No.11579 of 2026 in C.R.P.No.2831 of 2026.

This Court on 06.05.2026 while ordering notice to the respondent returnable in four weeks and also ordering private notice granted interim stay on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand only) to the credit of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.40 of 2024, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

When the matter was listed subsequently on 03.06.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought further time to comply with the order dated 06.05.2026.

Acceding to the request, time was extended and the matter was directed to be listed on 11.06.2026.

Today, when the matter was listed for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners expressed inability on that part of the petitioners to mobilise Rs.40,000/- as ordered by this Court on the ground that the first petitioner is deserted wife and also sought further time to make deposit of the said amount.

Acceding to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners the amount of Rs.40,000/- directed to be deposited vide order dated 06.05.2026 is reduced to Rs.20,000/- which sum shall be deposited by the petitioners to the credit of E.P.No.40 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
Post this matter after two weeks. Interim stay stands extended till then.
