O R D E R

This Petition is filed for disposing the I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.C.F.R.No.12012 of 2019 on the file of the Learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore expeditiously.

2.The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that I.A.No.1 of 2019 was filed under Section 92 (1) of Civil Procedure Code to grant leave to the Petitioners to institute the Suit against the Respondents. This Petition is pending from the year 2019. Therefore, this Petition.

3.Considering the scope of the relief in this Petition is very limited that only a direction is sought for disposal of the I.A.No.1 of 2019 filed under Section 92 (1) of Civil Procedure Code, this Court directs the Learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.C.F.R.No.12012 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
