The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2017, 22.10.2018 and 09.11.2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent made a submission that the 2nd respondent had already considered the issues raised by the petitioner and disposed of the petition twice on 07.12.2020 and 21.01.2021 and a copy of the order was communicated to the petitioner.

3. That being so, the relief as such sought for lost its relevance and if any other grievances exist, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Authorities in the manner contemplated.
