By an order dated 15.07.2024, this Court has granted time till 29.08.2024 to effect deposit as directed by this Court in A.No.2276 of 2024.

2.Learned counsel for the Applicant filed a memo stating that the amount was deposited before the Registrar General of this Court by way of Demand Draft bearing No.795434 dated 28.08.2024.

3.In view of the compliance of the conditional order passed in A.No.2276 of 2024, now it is for the Defendant to file written statement in C.S.No.363 of 2020 along with necessary application.

4.In view of the above said position, A.No.3498 of 2024 is hereby closed.
