Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to initiate appropriate action under the provisios of the Wakfs Act, 1995 for cancellation of lease granted by the fourth respondent to and in favour of the 5th respondent with respect to an extent of 1.23 acres of land comprised in Survey No.399/3A situated at Mookanapallai Village, Hosur, Krishnagiri District and to conduct an enquiry for grant of lease with respect to the subject land pursuant o the applications of the petitioner dated 31.01.2018 and 12.07.2018 and also following the Resolution No.162/18 dated 02.11.2018 passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.14259/01/Aa2/Ki.Kiri and grant lease to and in favour of the petitioner.
