O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.269 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent, registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC, 1860.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court-II, Kallakurichi and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.56 of 2024. Hence, the prayer sought for has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
