PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to transfer the register the FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.09.2021 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner/defacto complainant filed this petition seeking for direction directing the 2nd respondent to register the F.I.R. on the complaint given by the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondents would submit that in this case, initially, on the complaint of petitioner, C.S.R.No. 154 of 2021 was assigned and on completion of enquiry, the complaint was closed on 21.09.2021. The closure report is yet to be served on to the petitioner and submitted that shortly, it would be served. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, this Court directs the respondent police to serve the closure report to the petitioner and thereafter, it is for the petitioner/defacto complainant to file a protest petition before the concerned court in accordance with law if he is so advised.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
