This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 28.11.2022 made in W.P.No.31785 of 2022. 1/3

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the reason assigned in the refusal check slip dated 09.09.2022 which is impugned in W.P.No.31785 of 2022 is not perfect and hence the refusal check slip dated 09.09.2022 will be recalled within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and fresh order will be passed based on the available records after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as the other aggrieved persons.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
