ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in
Crl.M.P.No.7536 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.7284 of 2026 dated 23.03.2026 directing the Petitioner to report before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was released on bail on condition to appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur every day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders and thereafter, the condition was modified to appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner has complied the condition regularly without any violation for the past 36 dats and hence, prayed to relax the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police, while opposing the petition for relaxation, would fairly submit that the petitioner has complied the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
4. Considering the submissions made on either sides, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7536 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.7284 of 2026 dated 23.03.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Fast Track Mahila Court,
Tiruppur, once in a week, at 10.30 a.m until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
5. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 16-06-2026 MJS Note:
