This matter stands posted for 'reporting compliance'. This Court vide order dated 06.06.2024 on the undertaking given by the petitioner that, he was ready to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.134 of 2023 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner had sought for extension of time on the ground of ill-health and this Court by order dated 15.07.2024, had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) on or before 29.07.2024 and another sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) on or before 08.08.2024, as per the condition imposed by this Court dated 06.06.2024 and directed the matter to be posted 'for reporting compliance' on 08.08.2024.

2. Thereafter, when the matter was listed before this Court on 13.11.2024. Mr.T.Muruganantham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was bedridden and due to ill-health, he was unable to deposit the amount. He would submit that the order of this Court has not complied. However, a request was made by the learned counsel on undertaking 1/3

to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- on or before 21.11.2024 and thereafter, this Court directed the matter to be listed on 21.11.2024.

3. When the matter is listed today under caption 'for reporting compliance', Mr.T.Muruganantham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order has not been complied and would seek further time.

4. A reading of the earlier order dated 15.07.2024, it is very clear that this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- on or before 29.07.2024 and another sum of Rs.5,00,000/- on or before 08.08.2024, failing which, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner will automatically stands cancelled.

In view of the above, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner on 15.07.2024 stands cancelled. No further orders is required. 26.11.2024 (1/2) dsn A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.
