ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer with effect from 26.02.2019 and grant all consequential benefits thereof.

2. The petitioner is the employee of the third respondent society started construction of the building and she has sought withdrawal of the EPF loan, however, the same has not been sanctioned. Hence, she has submitted a representation which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugham, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that they will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of two months.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 2/4

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner seeks only the withdrawal of her EPF Loan, the respondents cannot postpone the same. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the third respondent society to grant the EPF loan within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
